Pedunculated soft fibroma. Refers only to a common clinical manifestation of soft fibroma.

Larger pendulous fibromas, in contrast to the frequent and multiple reactive intertriginous "skin protuberances", can be considered as true connective tissue skin tumors.

If necessary, excision with scalpel, scissor punch, cold therapy or cutting off blood supply by over-the-counter means (device pen for removing skin marks).
