erysipeloid. multiple, chronically dynamic, asymmetrical, disseminated, 3.0-6.0 cm in size, round, sharply defined, non-painful, red, smooth spots (transition to plaques with slight increase in consistency). first skin changes occurred 6 months ago on the little finger and spread continuously. no disturbance of general condition, no fever. the patient is a butcher by profession.
