Epidermolysis bullosa simplex, Koebner. multiple, serous or haemorrhagic blisters of different sizes, which are triggered by solid mechanical stimuli or heat. slight to moderate involvement of the oral and nasal mucous membranes. secondary findings include diffuse palmoplantar keratoses and hyperhidrosis palmoplantaris as well as nail dystrophies.
Epidermolysis bullosa simplex, Koebner. Surface epithelium is intact. Subepithelial blistering. Semi-thin section technique. Absence of inflammatory dermal infiltrate.
