Term of only historical significance. Localized or disseminated ( vaccinia generalisata) viral disease caused by the vaccinia virus of the formerly legally prescribed smallpox vaccination, which occurred as a complication of pre-existing atopic eczema. - Avoid contact with vaccinated persons shortly after vaccination.
