Dysplasia, hidrotic ectodermal hyperkeratosis on the neck of a 2-year-old boy. In addition to a pronounced growth disorder (below 3 growth percentiles) and severe photophobia, the mother reports very sparsely growing, thin, brittle hair. In the last 2 months, the lateral eyebrows have also fallen out.
