Chromomycosis: Granulomatous, cauliflower-like growths in the skin area, partly at the injury sites, partly spreading per continuitatem.

Chromomycosis: Skin biopsy with large-area granulomatous inflammatory reaction. In the middle of the picture a broad epithelial cone is cut, which contains muriform fungal elements in the centre.
