CD11b, also known as integrin alpha M or ITGAM, is a cytokine that belongs to the subfamily of beta2 (or leukocyte integrins). The coding gene is located on chromosome 16: 31.26 - 31.33 in humans.

CD11b is expressed on the surface of leukocytes involved in innate immunity functions. CD11b is mainly expressed by monocytes, granulocytes, macrophages and NK cells.
