G-CSF3-R is a receptor protein for G-CSF3(granulocyte colony-stimulating factor 3), a transmembrane cell receptor belonging to a cytokine family also known as the hematopoietin receptor family. CD114 is expressed on precursor cells of the bone marrow, and controls proliferation and differentiation of neutrophil granulocytes and macrophages.
