CD103 also known as integrin, alpha E or ITGAE is an integrin protein that in humans is encoded by the ITGAE gene located on chromosome 17: 3.71 - 3.8.

Integrins form a family of adhesion molecules expressed on the cell surface of various cells. CD103 is produced by intraepithelial T lymphocytes and by regulatory T cells (Tregs).

Clinically-diagnostically, it serves, among other things, as a marker for tumor cells of hairy cell leukemia.
