Lymphangiosis carcinomatosa:A moderately painful finding of the right mamma which has been present for about 2 years, constantly progressive, reddening, rough infiltration, blurred marginal structures.
Lymphangiosis carcinomatosa. solitary, chronically dynamic, continuously growing for 3 months, sharply defined, red, smooth spot, localized only on the right arm, with a non-pitting edema after lymphadenectomy (breast carcinoma).
Lymphangiosis carcinomatosa. currently incompletely resected mamma-ca. 2 years old, constantly progressive findings which cover nearly the entire anterior thoracic region (see findings on the left proximal upper arm). already multicenter, large-area, chronically dynamic, red, partly smooth-surfaced, partly encrusted, woody, coarse, red plaques and nodules.
Lymphangiosis carcinomatosa in previously known anal carcinoma. multiple skin-coloured, firm, smooth-surfaced, painless nodules and plaques. also mons pubis and inner thigh.
Lymphangiosis carcinomatosa: More bulky, spot-like perivascular lymphocytic infiltrates; almost in the centre of the picture a dilated lymph vessel with a conglomerate of epithelial tumour cells (known as breast carcinoma) is visible.
