Functional testing of the somatic penile innervation (dorsal penile and pudendal nerve) by electrostimulation at the penile shaft and laterally separated electrode conduction in the bulbo- and ischiocavernosi muscles with measurement of the BCR latency time; by simultaneous conduction of somatosensory evoked cortical potentials a differentiation between peripheral and central lesions is possible.
