Hand dermatitis: chronic, dyshidrotic dermatitis of the hand; coarse lamellar desquamation of the palm after an acute flare of the dermatitis has subsided.

Chronic hand eczema: Massive Beau-Reil transverse furrow in chronic eczematous paronychia.


Differential diagnosis "hand dermatitis" - present chronic (tumorous) skin changes within the scope of generalized mycosis fungoides.
