Angioedema, acquired, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system blocker-induced. Angioedema, acquired, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system blocker-induced. Acute, bulging, elastic, edematous swelling of the entire lower lip and also slight involvement of the buccal mucosa. Occurs for the first time a few weeks after starting antihypertensive medication with an ACE inhibitor.
