Definition
Durch Medikamente getriggerter oder ausgelöster Lichen planus. Folgende Medikamente können einen Lichen planus auslösen:
- Goldsalze
- Antimalariamittel
- Arsenverbindungen
- Betablocker (nicht-ACE-Hemmer)
- Diuretika
- Antibiotika
- NSAIDS
- Phenothiazine
- Schwermetalle
- Schmerzmittel (Naproxen -Güneş AT et al. 2006)
- Denosumab (als Osteoporosemittel zugelasssener Antikörper). Der Lichen planus tritt im Median 3-4Wochen nach Anwendung des Antikörpers auf (Boyd I 2016).
- TNF- alpha Hemmer ( McCarthy M et al. 2015)
Therapie
Absetzen oder Umsetzen der auslösenden Medikamente, sonst entsprechend dem Lichen planus.
