Das IL1B-Gen (IL1B steht für Interleukin-1 Beta) ist ein Protein kodierendes Gen, das auf Chromosom 2q14.1 lokalisiert ist. Dieses Gen und acht weitere Gene der Interleukin-1-Familie bilden einen Zytokin-Gen-Cluster auf Chromosom 2.
